Virtual Marketing

In working with one of my faculty members (he wants to discuss Second Life marketing in his economics course next week), I ran across a few links to share:

- http://www.metalives.com/10/resident-oriented-marketing/marketing/
- http://www.3pointd.com/20060819/adidas-reebok-runs-to-second-life/
- http://www.metalives.com/19/contextual-advertising-in-second-life/marketing/
- http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/second-life-job.htm
- http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/11/09/DDGPQM86BJ1.DTL

It seems that more and more people are exploring the same topics that we are researching. It will be interesting to look back five or ten years from now at this time and see how much we have (or have not - ie the flying cars envisioned 20 years ago) accomplished.
