Check out this site http://www.stanick.com/. I found it accidentally, It's by an artist named Peter Stanick. The site is an artwork in itself. Try clicking through it I could never get it to repeat. The sites strength as an artwork lies in its cohesion in its design as well as its depth of execution.
Love this site, thanks for posting and hooray! for serendipity! The design is very cool. I don't know how big it is but it is basically a slide show, albeit beautifully made and it qualifies as a collage as well. It always plays the same sequence, I think some randomness could work very nice because different things would happen since he has so much material.
There is another site like that in the sense that it is an artwork in itself but a lot more geeky:-) check it out: JODI
Every time you try to log in it will be different and sometimes not controllable (so be warned:-)
It is one of the oldest sites I know and it can still surprise you.
There used to be many years ago in the early days of the web, an extraordinary site that was truly endless because it generated its beautiful very convoluted graphics and the sound and music as well. Unfortunately I do not remember the name and have not been able to find it again if it still exists.
Haha yes I've known about Jodi for some time now. I actually forgot about it until you posted this comment. Theres another site that is pretty interesing called Ubermorgen.com. It's not as visually appealing, more like an online post-modern poem.
